Catherine successfully amazes her hosts with a harmony of dishes combining traditional cuisine with new flavours to produce interesting and tasty meals. According to the season, you may taste:

• Crème de choux-fleurs aux écrevisses (Crayfish and cauliflower cream).
• Saint jacques sur fondue de poireaux (Scallop on “mixed” leek).
• Filet mignon de veau caramélisé avec sa tartelette d’endives (Caramelized veal fillet with its chicory tart).
• Rôti de biche aux poivres, galette aux 2 pommes (Hind roast with peppers, served with an apple pancake).

You will be offered a variety of cheese and substantial desserts :

• Crème brûlée.
• Three chocolate cream pot.
